In reply to Delphine Dorsey. Delphine, Hope your problems has been resolved. Any chance that you entered your email incorrectly? If the email id was incorrect, you will get an automated course access email from Udemy. Just check your inbox and spam folders. Best, Yash

Elaa, Udemy is a online training provider. You will have to get Autocad yourself. Here are some courses on Autocad that you can pursue - Udemy Autocad. Best, Yash

I recently on April 27, 2020, purchased 4 Udemy Online Courses, related to Master Meditation : 1 for $11.99 and the others (meditations, mindfulness, etc). totaled $37.97 via POS Free Business Checking (*0172). I’ve attempted with the only 2 emails that I have ever used and only 1 course/Chakras purchased in 2018, appears. I’ve tried through both Safari and Firefox. It’s very frustrating to pay for courses and not be able to access and complete them.

However, it does appear, like previous purchases and comments/post that access has been a common problem and unresolved issues with students being unable to access courses. I’ve communicated with Udemy Support, who acknowledged that they are experiencing a “higher volume of support tickets” and asked for client’s patience.

In reply to Brian George Dhliwayo. HI Brian, You can reset the password through email. If you have forgotten email id then you can contact Udemy. They might be able to help you if you tell them about the transaction details.

In reply to Erica Blendulf. Hi Erica, Udemy generated certificate might not show accreditation but you can ask the course author for another certificate. Best, Yash

In reply to Ahmed. Hi Ahmed, I would suggest you look at Pluralsight for programming courses. It has a free Trial. It provides a much better proposition than Udemy at a very low cost. You can do as many courses as you want under a single membership. You can refer to my article on the review of Pluralsight for complete understanding. Best, Yash
